Ensure the accuracy and completeness of criminal history data for individuals in need of assessment
Review and verify all available criminal history documentation, including juvenile and out-of-state charges, to determine the disposition of criminal charges
Conduct research and communicate with various agencies to clear dispositions and ensure the accuracy of sentence computations and parole board recommitment action changes
Interpret sentencing documents, along with conducting detailed reviews and calculations
Qualification
Required
Two years of clerical or correctional custodial experience; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements
