Provide timely and accurate updates to customers, project managers, and trade partners regarding job progress and task completion
Maintain a detailed understanding of the contracted repair scope, document changes thoroughly, and assist in ensuring projects meet expectations
Oversee job sites to ensure work aligns with scope and company quality standards
Partner with production management to cultivate and strengthen relationships with trade partners, ensuring quality control and timely invoice approval
Develop and maintain proficiency in company business systems to streamline workflows and improve documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year construction experience; construction management preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to understand and manage repair scopes and documentation
Comfort and confidence using various technology platforms and business systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
