Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support operational and financial goals
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor supplier performance
Create and process purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate ERP data
Oversee inventory levels, support forecasting, and ensure material availability
Conduct spend analysis, track procurement KPIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Work with engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams to align procurement with production needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing setting
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and inventory management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel preferred); ERP system experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and data-analysis skills
