Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise architecture strategies that support business objectives in the FinTech and digital banking sectors
Lead the assessment of current technology architecture and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver technology solutions that meet stakeholder requirements
Analyze and integrate emerging technology trends into the existing architecture to drive digital transformation initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in security architecture and data management
Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and implement Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery
Manage relationships with stakeholders and communicate architectural vision effectively across the organization
Lead solution design efforts and oversee system integration and data integration activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
Recent career experience spent in Digital / Online Banking
Leadership / People Management
Well-versed in Architecture Management, setting up Enterprise Operating Models, and setting up Architecture Review Boards from scratch
Hands-on experience with .NET Core, Java, and other relevant technologies (we're excited about folks who are tech agnostic!)
Knowledge of current technology trends and digital transformation initiatives related to AI
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in business analysis and IT strategy development
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in cloud computing technologies and architecture
Experience with microservices architecture and API management
Solid knowledge of security architecture and regulatory compliance standards
