Troubleshooting and diagnosing aircraft systems
Performing routine preventive maintenance
Ensuring all aircraft are compliant with safety guidelines
Adherence to high-quality standards
Maintaining accurate maintenance records
Qualification
Required
Possess and maintain FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
Proficiency in aircraft inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for aircraft systems
Knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards for aviation maintenance
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate maintenance documentation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well in an on-site, team-oriented environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience working with general aviation aircraft, particularly Cessna 152, C172, Seneca, and King Air
An associate's or technical degree
