Senior Bilingual Customer Service Rep
The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist members and providers with questions related to Medi-Cal programs in Orange County. Responsibilities
Participate in a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, emphasizing customer service, consistency, dignity, and accountability
Support departmental responsibilities and collaborate on short- and long-term goals
Address member and provider inquiries regarding eligibility, enrollment, claims, authorization status, benefit interpretation, and referrals/authorizations for medical care (in-person or telephonically)
Build and maintain internal and external relationships through prompt and accurate service
Identify and communicate challenges using professional judgment while adhering to departmental policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of customer/member service experience, including at least 1 year in a call center
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
Typing speed of 35 WPM required
Bilingual
Bilingual + Arabic
Bilingual + Farsi
Bilingual + Chinese
Bilingual + Korean
Bilingual + Spanish
Bilingual + Vietnamese
Preferred
1 year of experience in Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Medi-Cal/Medicaid, or health services
