Responsibilities

Developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives and drive partner-led revenue
Allocate and manage the channel marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost efficiency
Designing and overseeing programs such as marketing development funds (MDF) to ensure resources are allocated effectively with a clear return on investment (ROI)
Monitoring and analyzing key metrics, such as sales data, marketing performance, and ROI, to measure the success of channel marketing initiatives and optimize strategies
Working closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, and global marketing to align on goals and ensure consistent messaging
Overseeing the development of partner-facing content and the maintenance of a partner portal to facilitate communication and resource sharing
Create and oversee demand generation campaigns, including digital, account-based, and partner-specific programs
Keeping up with market, competitor, and channel trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks

Required

10-15+ years of experience in technology channel marketing with a focus on program, brand, and learning
Proven ownership of setting marketing strategy, executing roadmaps, and program management including fiscal ownership: multi-year planning, cost optimization, and build-vs-buy decisions across security and IT portfolios
Demonstrated success in building or participation in building a modern channel marketing organization
Strong leader with excellent communications skills, business acumen, managerial courage, and agility who builds inclusive, high-performing teams
History of partnering across Sales, Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance
Ability to quickly learn product features and translate them into value for partners and end-users
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategy accordingly
Willingness to travel as needed for onsite distributor meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and events
