The Activities Assistant will implement various programming and support other departments as needed to ensure resident engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged
Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork
Qualification
Required
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who is able to work independently
Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated
Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities
Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills
Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment
Must be able to assist residents with technology questions on mobile phones, ipads, laptops and assist with exercise classes as needed
Must oversee indoor swimming pool at times
We require BLS Certification for Pool and will assist with obtaining this certification if needed
Preferred
Experience working in Senior Living preferred
