Perform maintenance and repair on hydro-excavation and wastewater equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues
Provide field service support as required
Collaborate with the team to ensure equipment operates efficiently
Provide excellent customer service throughout all interactions
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues
Skilled in Field Service operations to address client needs effectively
Strong Customer Service skills to provide professional support and communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards
Must have a drivers license that has been valid for at least three years
Preferred
Experience in Maintenance & Repair, with a strong focus on hydro-excavation, wastewater, or related equipment is a plus
