Responsibilities
Confirm all devices (workstations, printers, scanners) are configured and accessing Epic correctly
Ensure stable, secure connections across all locations
Run simulated workflows to identify technical issues
Address login failures, printing errors, and device incompatibilities
Build confidence among IT and clinical teams for go-live
Validate and configure over 12,000 devices to ensure proper functionality
Document findings and contribute to deliverables
Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, tablets, VoIP phones, and other networked devices
Install hardware/software including endpoints and printers
Provide Tier 2 support for organizational applications, ensuring end users have a consistent and smooth experience
Qualification
Required
