ServiceNow HRSD Tech Lead
The Brixton Group is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Tech Lead to oversee technical delivery for HRSD projects. The role involves collaborating with offshore teams, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, and ensuring quality execution of projects.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee technical delivery for HRSD projects, ensuring quality and timely execution
Collaborate closely with offshore team members (6 FTEs) and provide day-to-day guidance to the offshore lead
Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, including HR partners, application directors, and VPs across multiple applications
Participate in backlog grooming sessions, providing both technical input and delivery insights
Prepare and deliver monthly reports that include status updates, risks, capacity utilization, and planning metrics
Address and resolve technical questions raised by the client and offshore team
Conduct capacity planning and resource forecasting to ensure sustainable delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with sensitive and high-profile client counterparts
Balance technical leadership responsibilities with client-facing delivery management
Qualification
Required
10+ years of non-internship professional experience with 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow
4–6 years of direct HR systems experience (HRSD, HR applications, or related)
Proven experience as a Technical Lead with client-facing responsibilities
Strong background in managing offshore delivery teams and coordinating across time zones
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership (VP-level)
Demonstrated ability to prepare structured reports, manage capacity planning, and provide delivery oversight
Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, preferably within ServiceNow HRSD
Preferred
CIS-HRSD certification is highly preferred
