Responsibilities

End‐to‐end test strategy, planning, and execution
Managing teams (onsite/offshore QA resources)
Building test processes: functional, regression, UAT, SIT
Stakeholder management with Product, Dev, Release, and Business teams
Budgeting, resourcing, and risk management
Quality governance and release readiness sign‐off
Setting up test metrics, dashboards, and reporting
Driving automation strategy (if applicable)

Required

Oracle ERP testing for Procurement and supply chain
Confluence, Jira, chef must
Needs to test scripts, test cases
15+ years in QA with 3–5 years in a lead/manager role
Experience managing 10–50 QA resources
Onsite–offshore coordination experience
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
Working with US client environments (important for staffing roles)
Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
Test management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Client ALM, TestRail
API testing knowledge (Postman, ReadyAPI)
Understanding DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins)
Leadership & team coaching
Excellent communication for client‐facing roles
Risk/issue escalation
Decision-making in tight timelines
Strong documentation & presentation skills

Preferred

Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright – optional but preferred)
JMeter (for performance testing)
Confluence
SharePoint
MS Office (Excel-heavy reporting)
Jenkins
GitHub/GitLab
CI/CD pipelines
