Partner Manager - East US/CA Region
EventsIT is looking for a Partner Manager to join their North America Sales Team, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, and enabling strategic partners across the eastern United States and Canada. The role involves building relationships with partners, educating them on the company's solutions, and driving sales execution to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit new strategic partners in the eastern region to expand CM.com's partner ecosystem
Enablement & Education: Train and educate partners on CM.com's product portfolio, value propositions, and sales strategies to ensure they are equipped to succeed
Sales Execution: Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales opportunities, meet revenue targets, and achieve quota objectives
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact for support and collaboration
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align partner strategies with CM.com's overall business goals
Reporting: Provide regular updates on partner performance, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to the Director of North America
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS, cloud software, or technology solutions
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas in a partner-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and collaboration with partners
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive partner success and revenue growth
Familiarity with conversational commerce, mobile messaging, payments, and AI-driven solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Willingness to travel within the eastern United States and Canada as needed (up to 30%)
