Responsibilities
Perform lawn care services: fertilizer, weed, grub, and pest control applications
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after treatments
Provide lawn care analysis & provide sales-focused recommendations
Build and maintain client relationships through consultative sales and service
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and client referrals
Meet production and sales goals, including securing at least one lead or referral per week
Close sales for add-ons to new and existing clients
Complete service and sales documentation accurately and on time
Maintain professional personal appearance and demeanor
Keep truck and equipment clean; assist with equipment repairs
Support fellow technicians and perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma & valid driver's license
Obtain and maintain a Pesticide License within 3 weeks of start date
6+ months experience in sales, client service, pest control, landscaping, or general labor
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Confidence presenting recommendations and closing sales
Excellent time management, organization and multi-tasking skills
Preferred
Previous experience in landscaping is preferred but not required
