Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for enterprise servers and data center hardware
Perform server builds, swaps, and hardware replacements (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs)
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and operating system issues (Linux preferred)
Execute reactive and preventive maintenance following defined procedures
Document work performed and collaborate with internal teams
Participate in on-call rotation
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in data center, field service, or technical support roles
Hands-on experience with server hardware and deployments
Familiarity with Linux environments
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site daily
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
Vendor certifications (e.g., Dell)
Experience with PC builds or water-cooled servers
