Responsibilities
Full Charge Bookkeeping from Bank Reconciliation to Financial Statements on QuickBooks Desktop and Online
Prepare financial reports and summaries
Manage company expenses, budgets, and financial forecasts
Assist with year-end reports and tax preparation
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal team members
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in QuickBooks & QBO
Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
Experience with MS Excel, Word, and Access
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
