Responsibilities
The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery
Attain excellence in learning and competency events
Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs
Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services
Install surface system equipment for wells
Perform tasks on well sites including rig-up and rig-down
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanically inclined
Time management skills
Troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with basic hand tools
Must travel to well sites; drive time included in work hours
Must attend training in Kellyville, OK
Must live within approximately 1 hour of Carmichaels, PA
No fixed shift; varies by job
Typical work duration: 12–16 hours, including drive time
On-call, 7 days a week
Current rotation is 4 weeks on 1 week off
May be required to remain on-site for extended periods (e.g., 30 hours)
Preferred
No pre-required certifications; company will provide necessary ones (e.g., man lift, forklift)
No minimum required; experience may influence starting pay rate
