Collect, sort, batch, and scan incoming mail and other transactional documents received via email or fax
Index and route digital documents accurately into established workflows
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Utah driver license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
Ability to work for extended periods while seated or standing
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Consistent punctuality and reliability
Adherence to defined scheduling requirements
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with sustained focus
Preferred
Experience with scanning equipment and imaging software
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements related to PHI
Experience working with medical, dental, or financial documents
