Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Confidential is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business priorities into practical people strategies. The role involves supporting organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and change initiatives while collaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence.
Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to implement HR programs and policies aligned to business goals, including performance management, talent planning, employee relations, and workforce development
Diagnose people and organizational needs and recommend practical, data‑informed solutions
Support execution of HR initiatives across assigned client groups, ensuring consistency and scalability
Serve as a thought partner to leaders while maintaining a strong execution mindset
Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, and development planning
Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and support learning and development initiatives
Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and internal talent movement
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in partnership with HR and business leaders
Partner with Sales leadership on talent and performance topics tied to commission-based roles, including understanding how incentive plans influence performance, behavior, and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, including coaching, corrective action, and performance concerns
Conduct employee investigations and prepare findings and recommendations in partnership with senior HR leadership
Support employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and exit interviews to drive continuous improvement
Support change initiatives related to growth, restructuring, or evolving business needs
Help leaders and employees navigate change through clear communication, coaching, and structured HR support
Contribute to organizational development efforts that strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness
Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare dashboards, insights, and recommendations to support informed decision‑making
Track key people metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
4–5 years of progressive HR experience, with direct experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist role
Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations processes
Experience supporting Sales or Revenue teams, including hands-on exposure to sales commission and incentive compensation plans
Ability to partner with Sales, Compensation, Finance, and Payroll on commission plan interpretation, payout questions, and dispute resolution
Experience supporting managers and leaders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to support recommendations
High degree of judgment, discretion, and professionalism
