Own sales relationships and revenue delivery for CPG and endemic advertisers
Develop strategic proposals that align with brand marketing goals and media plans
Lead joint business planning and annual negotiations with CPG partners
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and renewals
Identify new opportunities for growth and cross-channel investment
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM pipeline management
Qualification
Required
5–8 years in CPG, shopper marketing, or retail media sales
Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and build strategic partnerships
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Understanding of retailer and CPG planning cycles and marketing investment frameworks
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
CPG and shopper‑marketing sales expertise
