Senior Financial Analyst
Aesthetic Brokers is the leading sell side M&A Brokerage Firm for the Aesthetic Industry in the U.S. They are seeking a dedicated Senior Financial Analyst to support high-profile M&A deals, conduct detailed practice valuations, and prepare clients for deal meetings with buyers.

Responsibilities
Perform detailed Quality of Earnings (QofE) analyses for private practice clients in aesthetic, anti-aging, wellness, dental, plastic surgery, and software sectors
Develop and enhance complex valuation models—using DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis—to support sell-side advisory engagements
Review and analyze asset & liability statements, income statements, and balance sheets for healthcare and service practice clients
Synthesize operational and financial data to build financial models, performing research and analysis of bank statements, tax statements, practice management system production & collection data, and preparing usable reports to create detailed company-specific analysis and confidential information memorandum (CIM) decks
Create pro-forma adjusted EBITDA valuation models among others, to support the deal structuring and decision-making process
Produce charts, graphs, and in-depth analytical decks using Pivot Tables and Correlating large data sets through VLOOKUP and other Excel Formula type functions
Support due diligence projects by preparing detailed financial reports, summaries, and valuation highlights
Conduct industry research, monitor market trends, and benchmark client performance against industry standards
Execute new target outreach and engage with prospective clients in a sophisticated, genuine, and earnest manner
Collaborate with private equity firms, practice owners, strategic buyers, and other external parties to ensure accurate, insightful financial analysis as well as thorough due diligence processes are achieved
Establish credibility and strong relationships with potential med spa practices, MSO partners, key decision makers, capital sponsors and external lenders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance strongly recommended, economics degree acceptable dependent on university curriculum, or a related field; MBA and CFA certification are pluses
2-5 years of relevant experience, including healthcare practice valuation or financial analysis
Prior experience with healthcare practices—dental, aesthetic, regenerative medicine, or wellness—is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel formulas for managing and analyzing large sets of data, financial modeling, and valuation techniques a must
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly
Self-motivated for independent work and well-spoken collaborator within a fast-paced, high-caliber team who presented well
Ability to be groomed for client facing roles
