Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direct all financial operations, planning, and analysis, ensuring fiscal health, sustainability, and adherence to sound accounting principles and regulatory compliance
Oversee key financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury management
Develop and implement financial strategies, provide actionable insights to executive leadership, and manage and develop the finance team
Ensure data integrity, maintain internal controls, coordinate audits, and monitor financial performance for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in a related field required
Minimum of five (5) years of accounting and finance experience in a large organization with at least three of those years in healthcare required
Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience required
