Include addressing needs of telephonic callers seeking assistance
Performing level of care mental health assessments
Documenting in the electronic medical record
Coordinating patient care with internal and external providers
Maintaining department records/statistics
Complete pre-certifications and utilization reviews as needed
Participate in patient safety activities
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Counseling or Behavioral Health (Counseling, Social Work, Sociology or Psychology) or relatable field with relevant experience in intake and admissions
Minimum one year experience in mental health setting performing assessments
State License preferred (LISW, LMSW, LPC, etc.)
Registered Nurses (RNs) encouraged to apply
