Qualification
Required
Candidates must be residing on the island to be considered
Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects from planning through completion
Strong knowledge of mechanical construction project workflows
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating teams and vendors on active job sites
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Effective communication with internal and external partners
Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable for project outcomes
