Responsibilities

Define and own the technical vision and roadmap for the Eval Platform, spanning simulation, evaluation infrastructure, and software quality operations
Lead, mentor, and grow a multi‑team organization (managers and senior ICs), fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
Build and scale simulation and eval capabilities that support both rapid autonomy iteration and rigorous validation use cases
Own the autonomy evaluation and validation platform, and partner closely with Autonomy and Systems leadership, ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and trusted by autonomy engineering, validation, and leadership
Represent Eval Platform at the executive level, clearly communicating tradeoffs, progress, risks, and readiness

Required

Deep technical expertise in building simulation systems, evaluation platforms for large‑scale ML / robotics systems

Ability to translate complex technical signals into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity environment
