Responsibilities
Develop strategic narratives, executive briefs, frameworks, and structured storylines that simplify complex topics and support decision-making
Synthesize market, competitive, customer, and product insights into clear strategic perspectives and options
Produce high-quality materials that clarify thinking and guide leadership discussion
Partner with Marketing leadership to clarify strategic priorities across portfolio, audience, and go-to-market initiatives
Support the framing of long-term marketing direction, including positioning, value propositions, and strategic priorities
Analyze trends, performance signals, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform CMO-level conversations
Translate analysis into insights, strategic implications, and structured recommendations
Support the Chief of Staff and CMO in preparing for strategic planning discussions
Shape the strategic backbone of strategic discussions
Create materials that support alignment across leadership and accelerate decision-making
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, chief of staff, or similar fields
Experience structuring complex problems and developing clear frameworks
Exceptional communication skills — concise, structured, and executive-ready
Strong analytical capabilities across qualitative and quantitative insights
Experience working with senior executives in fast-paced environments
Must be in a commutable distance to the Milpitas office
MBA or equivalent advanced training preferred
Preferred
Marketing, GTM strategy, product marketing, competitive analysis, or portfolio strategy experience
Background in strategy consulting (Big 4, MBB, or equivalent)
Strong visual communication and storytelling capability
