Responsibilities
Essential to the successful delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational stability of a highly visible, mission critical healthcare platform
Ensure consistent execution across initiative and business as usual commitments through strong application ownership, delivery coordination, and risk management
Serve as the application manager for a mission critical healthcare platform, provide leadership and accountability across delivery, governance, and operational readiness
Partner closely with the release train engineer, line of business stakeholders, vendors, and internal technology teams to ensure timely delivery of both initiative and ongoing operational commitments
Own end to end application delivery, including prioritization, execution, and release coordination
Provide leadership over application governance, compliance, and risk deliverables (AIT, RISE, ADSM)
Coordinate deployments and releases across non production and production environments
Act as the primary liaison between business partners, vendors, and technology teams
Identify, track, and remediate risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments
Ensure consistent alignment with SDLC, Agile practices, and enterprise standards
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting healthcare or payments related applications
Knowledge of EDI X12 standards and healthcare claims processing
Experience with permit to operate, audit, or compliance processes
Prior experience serving as a Feature Lead, Application Manager, or Technical Lead
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within a matrixed organization
