Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Design, run, and analyze growth experiments (A/B tests, funnels, onboarding flows)
Work closely with product and engineering to improve conversion rates and user experience
Own and optimize key growth channels (paid, organic, partnerships, referrals, lifecycle)
Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, cohorts, and funnel performance
Collaborate with marketing and sales to align growth initiatives with revenue goals
Continuously test, learn, and iterate based on data and insights
Stay up to date with growth trends, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Growth, Growth Marketing, Product Growth, or related roles
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and experimentation
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Preferred
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Background in SaaS, tech, marketplace, or consumer products
Experience with lifecycle marketing, CRM, or automation tools
SQL or basic data analysis skills
