Qsight Analyst II

Responsibilities
Determines efficient and accurate means to collect needed data elements from internal and external databases, information systems and personnel across the Health System and the external vendor community
Works effectively in multi-disciplinary team environment to determine the methods by which the required data can be efficiently collected
Effective communication and follow-up with Hospital and Health System Materials Management personnel, user community at all Hospitals and external vendor representatives to coordinate the collection of data
Performs complex data queries, reports, and analysis for CSC customers on Supply Chain Analytics deliverables
Performs daily MMIS system maintenance, build, and configuration in a timely fashion
Assists with MMIS system testing in conjunction with ITS and other functional areas
Assists with CSC project tasks or incidents assigned through IRMA, Remedy, or any other Incident or Project Management platform in a timely fashion
Provides troubleshooting and support for CSC customers in a professional manner at all times
Submits and monitors Remedy tickets for security requests and CSC incident tickets
Analyze business processes to ensure proper system configuration and function and recommends changes and enhancements to improve performance
Assists with the maintenance and coordination of 3rd party MMIS related applications such as GHX, Parex, QSight and any new program to be used within the CSC
Works autonomously as appropriate, understanding the appropriate time for escalation within the Health System and hospitals
Collaborates with other supply chain personnel and hospital users to accomplish goals
Follows all Corporate Compliance guidelines and Patient Confidentiality guidelines. Maintains the confidentiality of pricing among vendors and other outside parties
Maintains skills and access to ERP system to provide specific support as appropriate
Demonstrate an ability to utilize new web-based tools as they become available and integrate into the day-to-day process of one's own work environment as well as the rest of the Materials Management staff
Interact with Senior Management, physicians, Department Heads, Materials Management staff, Vertical Network customers, etc. with a customer focus at all times
Responsible for month end and year end closings. Insures timely and accurate closing process to support GL reporting requirements
Maintains Corporate Supply Chain Intranet data
Successfully accomplished Analyst I Goals and Success Factors, having completed at least one review cycle with an exceptional overall evaluation (including over-achieving on project completion rate tracked through IRMA and Remedy)
Demonstrates leadership ability and qualities
Helps to train new Analysts independently
Displays the skillset to assist on all three Analytics teams; Clinical Data, Reporting, and MMIS Support
Additional responsibility of independent Item Master and Contract loads
Accepts responsibility for own professional development. Examples could include Business Analytics or Materials Professional certification (CMRP, Six Sigma, APICS CPIM or CSCP, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline
Minimum 5 experience in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
Ability to summarize, analyze, and report on data
Experience in Database Management and managing the input, analysis and reporting using a variety of software packages
QSight or Infor experience highly recommended
Excellent analytical and computer software skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Suites, Tableau, or ERP/Point of Use systems such as QSight and Infor
Ability to research and interpret data; to include reporting, preparing and presenting data
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to function with multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred
Knowledge of Financial Principles preferred
