Responsibilities
Lead the design, validation, and delivery of aircraft fuselage and propulsion structure components
Develop innovative primary and secondary structural designs ensuring manufacturability and compliance with aerospace standards
Address tolerance stack-ups, cost-effectiveness, and functional requirements in component design
Apply expertise in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and use tools like CATIA V5 and Enovia
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, participating in all design review phases (Preliminary, Intermediate, and Critical Design Reviews)
Ensure timely delivery of parts aligned with customer schedules and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
3–18 years of experience in aerospace industry design engineering
Proficiency in CATIA V5, Enovia, and GD&T principles
Strong communication skills to articulate complex designs and collaborate with teams
Preferred
Experience with both metallic and composite materials
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and best practices
Ability to thrive in a hybrid, collaborative work environment
