Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Production Support Analyst 2 to participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Technology Operations. The role involves analyzing challenges, identifying process improvements, and providing support to client personnel.

Analyze and resolve low-to-moderately complex challenges
Provide support and information to client personnel
Qualification
Required
4 years of Technology Operations experience or production support or helpdesk experience
Troubleshooting, AutoSys, SQL, (Unix/Linux)
5-7 years of experience in production support/application support
Helpdesk background is preferred
Experience using monitoring tools
Able to read queries like SQL
AutoSys experience is a must
Strong troubleshooting experience
Technical background (Unix/Linux/SQL)
Experience handling tickets
Strong in-person, over the phone, and written communication skills
Preferred
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
