10+ years expeTeam is seeking a QA Lead with extensive experience in test strategy, design, execution, and reporting. The role involves managing project deliverables, client communication, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
QA Lead with experience in test strategy, test design, test execution, analysis & reporting
ETL & Database using ETL testing validations tools and Data migration testing experience
Strong expertise in SQL, PLSQL and understanding transformations and converting them to queries for data validation
Exposure to Database testing using DB2, Oracle and other relational databases
Understand the test cases / scenarios, design and develop simple scripts using specialized testing tool(s)
Create test cases for complex modules based on the defined test strategy for the assigned module
Execute test cases as planned for the assigned modules with special focus on key modules using knowledge of test execution process for both functional and non-functional type of testing
Create test analysis report for the assigned modules. Implement specific activities of the Defect Prevention Plan
Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
Handle project deliverables without any issues
Handle client communication, onsite offshore delivery model seamlessly
Ability to work in team in diverse multiple stakeholder environment
Qualification
Required
ETL Cloud Migration
QA Lead with experience in test strategy, test design, test execution, analysis & reporting
