Responsibilities
Partner with area leads to shape data-informed decisions across the business
Define, track, and own metrics like power usage and user satisfaction that multiple teams and leadership depend on
Run experiments end-to-end: design, analyze, and translate into clear product recommendations
Build pipelines, dashboards, and analyses that make self-serve insights accessible and trustworthy
Establish data culture and foundations as an early member of the data team
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of full-time experience as a data scientist
Strong track record of shipping high-impact work
Experience working on product initiatives and AB testing
Ability to turn data into strategy that moves metrics
Fluent in SQL, Python, and AB testing
Ability to write pipelines to unblock yourself
Preferred
Hands-on experience with dbt
Experience working on productivity software or AI tooling
