Temporary Research Assistant

Responsibilities
Schedule study participants for research treatment sessions and assessments with reminders
Provide assistance with participant recruitment which includes but is not limited to the following activities: effectively communicating with potential referral sources to coordinate recruitment events; conducting recruitment events at schools and other referral sites; following up with contacts at referral sites to facilitate direct referrals
Conduct standardized telephone screening interviews with potential study participants in Spanish and English Conduct standardized assessments for study participants which includes but is not limited to questionnaires, rating scales, and interviews
Organize documents and collect data from participants during assessment visits
Verify all completed forms
Follow up with participants to gather missing data
Provide clerical and administrative support
Inform project coordinator of supplies and materials needed in advance and assists with placing orders
Perform other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with three (3) years of experience or two (2) years of post-secondary education with one (1) year of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), a temporary employee who works on average 30 hours or more per week may be eligible to enroll in health care benefits.
