Responsibilities
Regularly update and maintain the WordPress website and supporting microsites to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and security
Oversee the accuracy and integrity of all CMS driven components, ensuring content is current, compliant, and aligned with brand standards
Partner with the development team to identify, log, and resolve technical issues that may affect performance or user experience
Upload, format, edit, and publish content—including text, images, videos, documents, and landing experiences—ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Coordinate daily content and update requests from multiple marketing stakeholders, maintaining clear organization, prioritization, and tracking of tasks
Work with SEO specialists to optimize content for search visibility, incorporating keyword strategies, metadata improvements, and SEO-driven enhancements
Install, update, and configure WordPress plugins and themes as needed to support new features and maintain site functionality
Monitor CMS health, page load performance, and ensure compatibility across plugins, components, and templates following updates or site changes
Serve as the primary internal resource for website-related requests across the marketing team
Establish and/or provide guidance on CMS processes, content standards, and publishing workflows to help stakeholders execute updates efficiently and accurately
Qualification
Required
Experience with WordPress website maintenance and administration
Ability to oversee the accuracy and integrity of CMS driven components
Experience in coordinating content management and publishing
Ability to work with SEO specialists to optimize content for search visibility
Experience in installing, updating, and configuring WordPress plugins and themes
Ability to monitor CMS health and page load performance
Experience serving as a primary internal resource for website-related requests
Ability to establish and provide guidance on CMS processes and content standards
