Office Technician (Typing)
The California Department of Industrial Relations is seeking an Office Technician (Typing) to perform a wide range of clerical duties related to the Qualified Medical Evaluator Program. Responsibilities
Timely processing of incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence
Accurate processing of QME panel requests in accordance with applicable Labor Codes and regulations
Effective communication and customer service in interactions with coworkers and the public
Qualification
Required
Ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications
Obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed, prior to being hired
Completed applications and all required documents must be received or postmarked by the Final Filing Date in order to be considered
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position
