Responsibilities

Provides technical support to the Assistant Commissioner's Office such as financial, human resource, office, and property management, as well as basic procurement, travel arrangement, calendar scheduling, and office supply inventory
Independently analyzes, evaluates, and makes decisions and recommendations related to general administrative procedures and in accordance of the Alaska Administrative Code (AAC)
Performs technical duties in multiple administrative functional areas and provides/interprets information that is controlled by policy, procedure, regulation and other guidelines

Required

Six months of entry-level technical experience in one or more administrative functional areas such as human resources, accounting, administration, and procurement
One year of advanced-level clerical experience
One year of post-secondary education from an accredited college (32 semester hours or 48 quarter hours equals 1 year)
One year of any combination of post-secondary education, vocational education, and/or advanced-level clerical experience
