Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for web/mobile/API applications

Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze results

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements

Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools

Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution

Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines

Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing

Continuously improve test coverage and automation frameworks

Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices

Qualification

Required

Strong knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.)

Knowledge of version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.)

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
