The Lead Barista will provide leadership and support to the team, manage schedules, enforce procedures, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient cafe operations.

Responsibilities
Ensuring staff members are taking breaks
Assisting customers with complaints or concerns
Assisting with ordering
Working with the store manager for day-to-day operations
Ensuring quality drinks and products are being served
Perform regular barista duties, including register and customer service
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Specialty coffee and restaurant experience is a requirement
Previous coffee experience
Experience as a lead / supervisor
Ability to work in high-pressure + fast-paced environments
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Experience in, and an ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
Effective problem solving/decision making skills
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and verbal communication skills
Benefits
