Develop and analyse financial and analytical models (including cash flow modeling)
Work with mortgage and fixed-income datasets to support business decisions
Transform data and analysis into high-impact client deliverables
Apply structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes
Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and non–value-added activities
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Manage tasks, risks, and issue resolution across project teams
Mentor or direct junior analysts as needed
Qualification
Required

Strong data analysis, modelling, and presentation capabilities
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Close attention to detail
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to resolve technical and business issues
Proven experience managing or coordinating project teams
Strong risk management and issue-resolution capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
4–8 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred
Finance, Economics, or Financial Engineering
Experience with mortgage-backed securities and fixed-income instruments
Hands-on experience modelling financial cash flows
