Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative field and channel marketing programs that align with business goals and drive measurable results
Develop scalable marketing initiatives that can be replicated across different regions and channels
Lead the execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including webinars, workshops, digital marketing, and partner enablement programs
Leverage AI tools to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, content creation, and campaign optimization
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize program effectiveness and ROI
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with sales teams, product marketing, and channel partners—maintaining regular communication cadences and ensuring marketing strategies are deeply integrated with pipeline development and revenue goals
Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners, acting as their primary marketing advocate and driving co-marketing opportunities and joint initiatives
Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to marketing challenges
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (including AI advancements), and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
Develop comprehensive ROI frameworks and KPIs for all events and programs, including pre-event goal setting, real-time tracking, and post-event analysis tied to pipeline influence and revenue attribution
Analyze program performance and present ROI insights to sales leadership and executives on a regular cadence, providing data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize impact and demonstrable return
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and agencies as needed
Ensure all marketing initiatives are consistent with Kiteworks' brand messaging and positioning
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, channel marketing, or related roles within the technology sector
Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone
Demonstrated success in innovative marketing program development and execution
Proven track record of delivering measurable results through programmatic marketing initiatives, including the ability to analyze and communicate event and program ROI to executive stakeholders
Experience leveraging AI tools for market research, competitive intelligence, content development, and data analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms)
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with sales leadership, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders—with deep understanding of channel dynamics, co-marketing strategies, and partner enablement
Experience developing post-event analysis frameworks that tie marketing activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority and build consensus across teams
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Advanced analytical capabilities, including experience with AI-powered analytics tools, with demonstrated ability to measure program ROI, interpret complex datasets, and translate findings into actionable strategies and executive-ready reporting
