Data Center Security Manager, Compliance Safety Risk Management (English)
Google is seeking a Data Center Security Manager to oversee the compliance, security, and risk management program at their Data Center campus. The role involves managing site security incidents, providing crisis management support, and executing investigations related to security and compliance issues.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for the compliance, security and risk management program at the Data Center campus or related infrastructure which includes managing site security incidents, escalations, guard contract management, and all other physical security related issues
Provide after-hours on-call management support and act as the primary point of contact in emergent, large-scale event response, or crisis management when needed
Execute investigations related to Code of Conduct and other business violations including worker injuries and security incident investigations. Perform straightforward Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA)
Implement established compliance processes aligned with CSRM policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements
Manage the security-related costs through budget, forecasting and invoice control for the assigned campus, and assist management with financial analysis and input to financial decisions for security requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in relevant industry sectors (e.g., Data Centers, Global Distribution Centers, etc.)
Experience supporting/responding to internal/external audit(s)
Ability to communicate in English fluently as vendor communication is required
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP or IPP) or Incident Management or Project Management certification
3 years of experience with corporate security
Experience with data centers (construction and operational) and familiarity with Google applications, forms and use of AI tools
Knowledge of ISO22301 and ISO27001
Knowledge of physical security, investigations, compliance, or risk management and current security technology including access control and CCTV, including dual authentication
Ability to work in an environment that is dependent on systems and technology while managing a contracted workforce on a daily basis, and manage confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards
