Responsibilities
Make real phone calls to a demo line and record natural caller-side audio sessions
Spell out names, email addresses, and phone numbers conversationally, similar to customer support calls
Vary tone, pace, pauses, and filler words to ensure realistic and natural speech
Record audio across multiple conditions, including quiet environments, muffled voice, and speaker mode with background noise
Capture and submit the call codes provided during each recording session
Accurately enter call metadata, including speaker details, into shared tracking sheets
Qualification
Required
Native speaker with a Southern English (UK) accent
Ability to place real phone calls (VoIP services are not allowed)
Access to a reliable phone and appropriate recording environments
Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and adherence to instructions
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, task-based setup
