Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer claims and complaints effectively
Provide customer services for sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
Create improvement plans based on customer survey feedback
Follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines in decision making
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in customer service
Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce/Service software, and Genesis software
Experience in a call center environment
Preferred
Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in customer service discipline
