Temporary Compliance Support
Florida International University is a Top 50 public research university located in Miami. They are seeking a Temporary Compliance Specialist to coordinate the development and administration of university policies and provide administrative support within the Office of University Compliance.

Responsibilities
Coordinates the development, implementation, and administration of the organizing and categorization of university policies and procedures
Coordinates the input and record retention of university policy versions housed within the Policy Library platforms
Coordinates reviews and copy/editing of compliance trainings
Assists with tasks associated with the department transition to a new hotline platform
Assists with the collection and organization of data related to compliance culture surveys
Collects and reviews documents as appropriate
Provides administrative support as needed
Responsible for meeting goals and objectives for tasks assigned
Performs other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher is required
Office or related experience providing administrative support is recommended
