Conduct lab tests and data collection

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work in an industrial environment: short term exposure to hot and cold areas, industrial noise wearing ear protection (ear plugs), etc
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Plumbing/mechanical/electrical skills. Knowledge and ability in at least one these areas. On the job training will be conducted
Good interpersonal communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills. There will be team support to help
High safety awareness- Ability to complete safety training, follow safety policies and work in a safety-oriented manner. Team player
Preferred
Mechanical skills. Experience working with tools and repairing equipment
Experience in a paper mill or other manufacturing plant would be a plus
The chemical programs involve pumping liquids through piping, hosing, and tubing. Experience with plumbing and pumps would be beneficial
Experience conducting lab work and using excel spreadsheets would be a plus
Working well with others and being respectful of others
Working safely and professionally
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel) is preferred, but can be trained on the job
