Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work in an industrial environment: short term exposure to hot and cold areas, industrial noise wearing ear protection (ear plugs), etc
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Plumbing/mechanical/electrical skills. Knowledge and ability in at least one these areas. The chemical programs mostly involve pumping liquids through piping, hosing, and tubing. Experience with plumbing and pumps would be most beneficial. On the job training will be conducted with all areas
Experience with simple lab work would be beneficial. On the job training will be conducted. Mechanical skills are more important than lab skills
Good interpersonal communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills. There will be team support to help
High safety awareness- Ability to complete safety training, follow safety policies and work in a safety-oriented manner. Team player. Working well with others and being respectful of others
Preferred
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel) is preferred, but can be trained on the job. Inputting data into excel spreadsheet would be most beneficial
