Responsibilities

Conducts routine and non-routine analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to quality, identifying trends, and reporting findings to the Quality Manager
Creates and maintains Quality Control Analysis procedures
Maintains laboratory equipment and laboratory supplies
Assists Quality Manager with ISO and Environmental related activities
Adheres to all safety procedures and uses all required personal protective equipment
Upholds the safety and quality standard of the Company

Required

Conducts routine and non-routine analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to quality, identifying trends, and reporting findings to the Quality Manager
Creates and maintains Quality Control Analysis procedures
Maintains laboratory equipment and laboratory supplies
Assists Quality Manager with ISO and Environmental related activities
Adheres to all safety procedures and uses all required personal protective equipment
Upholds the safety and quality standard of the Company
Strong attention to detail: A critical skill for identifying deviations from quality standards
Analytical and problem-solving skills: Essential for analyzing data, identifying root causes of issues, and developing solutions
Communication and interpersonal skills: Needed for effective collaboration, training, and reporting
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting: Essential for tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement
Organizational and time management skills: Important for managing multiple tasks and priorities
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (>3 hrs continuously.)
Must be able to walk frequently
Must be able to bend, reach, squat, stoop, and kneel to floor level frequently
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent of 4+ years' work experience in a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Role

Preferred

Previous Lab experience preferred but not required
