Responsibilities

Lead the strategic BDC and AI GTM relationships as the primary point of contact for named partners in coordination with internal SAP teams
Lead critical initiatives to ensure the successful execution of primarily the BDC GTM in line with SAP’s partnership contractual commitments and revenue objectives
Develop and translate the co-sell framework, including forecasting, account planning, and management of the pipeline
Establish joint KPIs and manage and support regular steering of our GTM partnership priorities, including close alignment with key senior leadership, providing regular internal communications and updates
Establish and lead regular GTM and cross-workstream meetings and provide subject matter expertise to drive GTM execution, including marketing positioning & messaging, communications, enablement, product feedback, etc
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in the field with the ability to support at the account and deal-specific opportunity level as needed

Required

Strong leadership skills and experience managing high visibility, complex, cross-functional/global programs & initiatives
Senior stakeholder management experience on all levels
Good understanding of, plus strong network across SAP organizations and functions: Product Management, CS&D, Ecosystem/Partner Management, Sales, Adoption, and Consumption
Co-sell experience with strategic partners beneficial
Strong analytical skills paired with a tight operational execution focus to deliver outstanding results
10+ years professional experience, preferably in Sales, Business Development, Partner Management or similar environments
