Responsibilities
Process comprehensive tenant and applicant background checks, including criminal, credit, evictions, etc
Review results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Communicate results professionally with clients and internal teams
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or complex cases
Identify opportunities to improve screening processes, workflows, and turnaround times
Support nights and weekend coverage as required by business needs
Qualification
